We build for ten years, not ten days. Decisions get a second look when they raise long-term trust.

Bias to ship.
Phase 1 is alive. Phase 2 is being written. Velocity, with a kill-switch for sloppy work.

Citations beat clicks.
We measure the right thing. If a metric is gameable, it doesn't make the dashboard.
