1. The agreement
This is a contract between you and Guestcrew Ltd. ("Guestcrew", "we", "us"). If you accept these terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to do so, and "you" includes that organisation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old. You must provide accurate identity information. Verification tiers — including the Verified Expert badge — are issued at our editorial discretion.
3. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for the security of your account and for the actions of any team members invited into your workspace. The subscription lives on the workspace, not the user. The workspace owner is responsible for billing.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: post unverifiable claims as your own, impersonate another person or organisation, attempt to game ranking or Smart Match through bulk or automated activity, scrape the platform outside the published API, or use the service to harass or defame.
Three substantiated complaints of unverifiable claims or undisclosed conflicts of interest result in revocation of your Verified Expert badge under our Three Strikes policy, and may result in account suspension.
5. Content
You retain ownership of the content you post (quotes, pitches, drafts). You grant Guestcrew a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute, and emit structured representations of that content (including Schema.org annotations on canonical pages) for the purpose of operating the platform.
Citable Packets are designed to be cited. Once accepted by a journalist, the citation may be reproduced in their publication under standard journalistic fair-use conventions.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the cadence selected at checkout. You can cancel from the workspace billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are issued at our discretion. We use Stripe as our payment processor.
7. AI-generated outputs
GEO Simulator results are produced by a third-party LLM. We make no warranty that any score, recommendation, or entity extraction is accurate, exhaustive, or fit for a specific purpose. They are tools, not guarantees.
8. Intellectual property
The Guestcrew platform, the Citable Packet schema, the Authority Score formula, the trademarks, and all platform code are owned by Guestcrew Ltd. You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or pose a security risk. On termination, we delete or anonymise personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid Guestcrew in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes
We will post updates to these terms on this page. Material changes will be communicated by email to workspace owners at least 14 days in advance.
